I. Rebuilding packages

Run "make world" to rebuild all packages. You'll need at least:

	GNU make
	dctrl-tools
	git
	wget
	dpkg-dev
	autoconf-archive
	pkg-config
	uscan
	libwww-perl
	libcrypt-ssleay-perl

II. Adding packages

Create a directory with the package's name. Populate it ala a Debian control
directory. Add the URI to one of the source files FIXME.

II.1 Normal packages

II.2 Kernel packages

II.3 Installer packages (udebs)

II.4 Python modules (setup.py)

	After installing python-stdeb, run:
	 python setup.py --command-packages=stdeb.command bdist_deb
	Results will be in deb_dist following a successful build.

III. Package notes

cups -- will break in the presence of firewalling or port unavailability
eglibc -- have yet to successfully build due to unit test failure of
          unknown cause (eintr.c test)
libxml2 -- parallel builds appear to be broken.
libav -- parallel builds are broken
