feature: vo2max estimation for each step

Just to get an impression regarding Runalyze/Runalyze/issues/1574: a combined plot (or multiple plots) to show pace / heart rate / vo2max (as points, calculated for each single data point).

update readme files

provide screenshots for all visualizable features

It would be good to have a screenshot for every feature such that people can see what the feature is about without trying it themselves. In addition, it'd be good to have these screenshots collected as showcase in the main readme file.

Testpage to check all external APIs

Moved from Runalyze/Runalyze#455.

feature: table of hrv values

Currently, we do not really know how to interpret/use all hrv values. That's why they are not saved in database: we don't know which value is the most important/expressive one.

Show a simple html table for all activities with hrv data and hrv values for each (+ some activity values and maybe recovery status etc. if available for the activity).

d3js: add calendar heatmap of activities

Calendar view of activities, similar to what GitHub shows for contributions:

• drop down to dynamically select sports type
• use duration instead of number of activities for coloring

Incompability with v3.0

The playground does not work with v3.0, as some required bootstrapping methods are not part of the old Frontend class anymore.
