OTP vsn 21+

A simple library with the eyesight of a hawk. The current implementation connects to a specified node, triggers your own callback once connected, monitors the node, and if it should happen to disconnect, calls the disconnect callback, and attempt to reconnect periodically.

hawk's Issues

Create default sys.config value generator.

Each repo has it's own set of configuration values.
Keeping track of each's values becomes tedious.
Create a way of running a script/snippet to produce a small subset of
default values as sys.config values, so it's clearer for apps depending on, to know what to configure,
and also what is configurable.

re-Introduce another configurable value in hawk, where hawk can try to connect indefinitely.
