The way the navigation chops and changes when viewing different sections is extremely confusing. I think some work may need to be done make it easier to use.

If you have a lot of sub-items in a menu they start to get more and more jumbled towards the bottom. Example: http://wearefractal.com/dermis/lib/Collection.html try clicking toJSON or something in the middle and watch the highlight in the navbar be totally off

That's what I've when I try lidoc **/*.scss --output docs/test for some Sass code.

How can I update the npm package ? I can't ? Did I need to use source ? (I'm a sort of npm noob)

Is there an easy way to add syntax highlighting? I have some code examples in my non-code documentation that shows up black text even with github style code blocks

The search box at the top of the pages/files browser:

It doesn't seem to do anything.

the search / side part looks sweet, will you have theme variants or anything? I find docco's style really painful to read
