I agree that WrongTestFileExtension overlaps in purpose. The logic in this issue also handles files named "_tests.exs" and files that may forget the suffix altogether.

This is assuming that all files in test have to be tests, but there might be good reasons to have a standalone script or fixtures in test.

I am closing this since it really is a duplicate (in intention) of the aforementioned check. If you feel strongly about the suffix check (checking for the plural _tests), we can add that as a parameter on WrongTestFileExtension 👍
