Request: Please Add Menu Support with navigation bar

Request: Please Add Menu Support with navigation bar

It will be good to have menus like bootstrap for static pages as Ghost 0.5.7 now supports static pages - posts can be converted to static pages by selecting a checkbox.

Also, it will be good if you can restructure the repo, so that people can just do git clone in the themes directory. Currently, we need to clone it somewhere else and then copy the folder to the themes directory under ghost/content

I have created my own Minimalistic Theme from your theme to modify it as required, hope you don't mind it. I suppose it open source 👍
