Support macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or newer

It seems macOS 10.13 includes a complete revamp of the RCD system and no longer uses AppleScript to launch applications. After some research, it looks like the most promising solution is to patch mediaremoted, but more research is needed on the best/safest approach.

Remove Xcode dependency for installation

Right now, installation requires Xcode to compile the bundle and the process isn't non-developer friendly. Ideally, this can be fixed by using Travis to build the plugin along with an installer that's easy for beginners to use.

feature: support mic input mute/unmute

I realize this project is called 'spotify-rcd', but I would really like to see support for toggling mute on the microphone input. Preferably using a recent MacOS version such as Catalina.
