Error message with public rpact

I am using public rpact (https://rpact.shinyapps.io/public/).

When I specified "survival" for "Endpoint" tab, the error message appear such as "An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification." It seems that app work appropriately even though this error message appears. I appreciate if you could possibly check rpact app in the public domain.

Bug in online version

I just found your product this morning, and I was trying to replicate the example done in the Vignette called "Step-by-Step rpact Tutorial" published July 6, 2023 and I got an error trying to make the graph in the section called "Sample sizes and power across looks".
The graph is called "Screenshot of power and average expected sample size for an O'Brien-Fleming design with 3 looks in the Shiny app" (Plot type = Sample Size [6]").

I don't see any Warnings, and the error that I'm getting says "An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification."

Can you let me know if you are able to replicate this error and fix it?

I plan on implementing this product in my company.
