Checks for 3am on server and not on client. Timezone error.

I am looking for random projects on github to practice my JS programming and I noticed that with this project, it only displays the time (check for 3am) of the server, and not of the client.

I don't know if this was feature or an oversight, but I forked the project and added in some local Javascript code that checks for 3am on the client side and displays the proper time accordingly.

I've made the changes on my fork, and would be happy to submit a pull request if you still care about this project.
