Add a new catch-all function like null or blackhole, named __crash__. This new function would throw a fatal error whenever it is called.

This package should offer a dynamic version. This will also enable a workaround for some behavioral changes introduced in Xcode 11.4

It'd be cool to have a callOnce function, with semantics like this:

functionWhichTakesACallback(callOnce {
    doSomethingWhichShouldBeDoneOnlyOneTime()
})

Should be really easy to test as well
