Change the write_contours routine to return a geodataframe so the user can chose to write it out or maybe clip it.

Maybe just have a different function, like "get_contours" that does it instead

I have a script with some commonly used GIS utilities that I want to bring in with something like

from skspatial import utils

Or something like that.

currently using pykrige's ordinary kriging for 2d interpolation, but I want to make it easy for a user to use

flopy stopped supporting spatial reference:

#modflowpy/flopy#532

this is used to assign matplotlib contours to a spatial reference by treating an array as a model layer. This is rather hacky and the plan is to just write something that can pull vertices from matplotlib contours and create shapefiles without depending on flopy

when user inputs ulc and lrc, the output raster does not match up with the points.
