1.0.0: missing git tag about requests-futures

Changes since 1.0.0 have all been ancilary, nothing function so not going to cut a new release at this point.

For me it was important to have tag because on buulding my rpm package with your module I'm using atomatically generated from got tag tar balls. From my spec file:

Looks like the release predated the ./script/release helper and thus the tagging step didn't happen/was forgotten.

Based on the date in pypi for 1.0.0 I was able to find the commit that bumped the version: d5cbf48.

I guess it'd make sense to go ahead and tag that SHA. Otherwise there's a handful of changes since then so a 1.0.1 may make be in order.
