Request: Enable local backup for realtime data

A much-requested feature for Rosetta-Home: enable data backup on board the SD card for realtime data (last 30 days only). This would allow the Pi to store data locally when the server is down, or cloud access is lost due to internet issues.

The data may be downloaded via Rosetta Home local GUI in a new tab called "data backup" which may have a download button that gives access to last 30 days of realtime data. When clicked, data can be downloaded in either csv or txt format.

Future: in case access to server is lost and then restored, data integrity can be verified between local and server data, and any lost data on the server can be restored by running a check every night for the past 30 days of data.
