Clean up code so it would be according to python coding conventions

Check if one MCP manager is already running and if it is then inform the user with a warning window and stop opening another one

Convert the git_gui class into tk.Tk() subclass. This is not critical, but it would be more elegant and a good way to learn new things.

Help menu where user can open test setup instruction and also MCP manual

Make it so that MCP manager can be launched from a desktop icon like .exe files and without having terminal window in background

Button which checks if there is a instructions or documentation file in the setup filesystem and if there is then opens it up for the user to read.

Branch switching must be disabled when running a test or configuration because then some files might be temporarily altered and switching would fail. In general, the GUI must check if there are any changes made to the branch and notify the user if they want to change the branch

When error window comes up because of some exception, then once the user clicks X on the upper-right corner, the MCP manager window closes, but error window does not close. The expected behavior is for the both of the windows to close and the application to shut down

Implement menu bar with following options: change SFTP path, change WSL path, change timeout, change repository path

If the GUI is started up with a branch loaded that is in the ignore_setups.py file then it will freeze

Add logging for the tool. Log whatever exceptions are raised and save traceback. Also, maybe log user initiated function calls and actions?
