After adding:

    urlpatterns = patterns('',
        (r'^forms/', include('form_designer.urls')),
        ...
    )

to urls.py, any attempt to visit an admin URL produces a traceback like http://dpaste.com/1035621/

Using a decimal field without entering min and max values causes any page displaying the form to produce:

InvalidOperation at /my-form/
Invalid literal for Decimal: 'None'

There is currently an issue in the system that means messages will not be displayed correctly when using plugin forms, unless:

• the form has the HTTP redirect after successful submission option
  enabled
• form_designer.middleware.RedirectMiddleware is enabled in
  settings.MIDDLEWARE_CLASSES

Otherwise, it seems that any messages tags in the site template will display the messages of the previous request.
