This version of the DSC Resource provider requires the elm packages to be install before running, otherwise it will hang.

How to get it

Running PowerShell v5.0? It's on the PowerShellGallery. From the prompt PS C:>Install-Module -Name ElmDSCResource

• Install Elm
• Update and run TestElmResource.ps1
• Launch the html file, .\bingo\index.html
