OctetString cannot display strings correctly, and the text will appear in the form of a string with "0x".
example:
[[[[upsmodelname]]]]
oid = '1.3.6.1.4.1.55062.1.13.2.0'
name = upsmodelname

syslog out:

we try import codecs change to utf-8
if tp in ('OctetString'):

val = codecs.decode(val, "hex")
val = str(val,'utf-8')
