Cross compile to Linux and Windows with MinGW
That way, the Linux and Windows build environments have more in common.
MinGW LD crashes when linking to terminus library
Build log:

Move resource type definition to C header
Import C header into resource_serializer.py to avoid duplicate definitions.
Obfuscate symmetric encryption key
It's a huge (8192-byte) string in the library right now. That's dumb.
Resource assembly code does not compile on OSX
Mach-O file format is different from ELF....duh.
Strip symbols (safely) on the Mac
Use correct flag for key and pass IV to openssl command when encrypting resources
