Prepare codelab #1 "Polymer: Your first application" for 1.0

As discussed a couple of weeks ago, you can tag codelab1 as being worked on by myself. I'll get it ready against the 1.0-preview branch and just start working my way down (presuming no one else has started porting this lab or others).

Hyperlink fix in Codelab 1 (Step 4)

There are quite a few places where the hyperlink in the codelab page is incorrect -- it links to the right path, but has the wrong site prefixed (i.e., uses http://www.itshackademic.com/ instead of https://www.polymer-project.org/ as the prefix to the '/docs' path)

Codelab 1 doesn't contain the end result as a reference

Codelab attenders have the 'starter' folder as their clean sheet to begin their codelab with.

If they, for some reason, fail to correctly implement any part of the codelab they can proceed using one of the other folders (step-2, step-3 and step-4). If they however fail to correctly implement step 5 they have no reference with which to compare their own work. I would like to suggest that the end result of step 5 (final-result) is also added to the codelab.

If you want me to add it and create a pull request, no problem, but I guess you have the end result hanging around somewhere too ;-)

Prepare codelab for Maps to use version 1.0

As discussed in our GDE meeting, I am creating this issue so that we have not conflicts with others working on updates. @deebloo & I will be working on this lab next week
