Add `completions` support to the schema

Nova syntax schema does not recognise subsyntax element

Nova’s syntax definitions allows for a subsyntax element instead of a subscopes one in Start-End scopes. The XML extension does flag these as invalid, however.

Make the language server cache files to nova support folder

It makes more sense to be in a nova owned folder that would clean itself up if uninstalled. If done, there should be a changelog note to tell people they can clean the old folder out if they like.

diagnostics (errors) aren't working very well

They only seem to show when a document is first opened then they don't get updated after the document is edited.
