implement https
https should be an option. It should be requireable for certain pages. It should also be automatically served for any page which the user requests over https.
dynamic pages via config
Currently, files to serve are hard-coded. This is for security reasons, so people can't request any file available, potentially maliciously.
However, the files to serve should be put in a config file, so the server doesn't need recompiled to change the files it serves.
