when you start, a few horde defenders and kolkar centaur spawn and start fighting, the centaur outnumber the horde and will kill them all unless you help. after a bunch of centaur are dead the warlord krom'zar appears with 2 bodyguards and the other mobs stop spawning. kill and loot the warlord for the quest item.
