Setup

Dowload source

git clone [email protected]:rmontanana/ProcessO2.git

Setup Python virtual environment

cd ProcessO2
# setup Python virtual environment
python3 -m venv venv
# Activate environment
source venv/bin/activate
# Update pip version
pip install --upgrade pip
# Install required modules
pip install -r requirements.txt

Copy Data

This software needs the csv files generated by the ViAtom product or derived, this files can be generated by the ViHealth app and exported to Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive...

Once you have in a folder you only have to tell the class where are them located and it will return you a Pandas DataFrame with all the information in it.

Run sample

python main.py

Should show information of your SpO2
