Relationships not being retrieved by get method despite relationships parameter

In the documentation, the get method indicates that it receives a relationships parameter to add to the query. However, currently, the relationships are not being retrieved.

For example:

$room = $roomPantry->get(
            $id,
            ['*'],
            ['with' => ['type']]
        );
        dd($room);

The dd output shows an empty relations property.

The get method always return the first element

The get method always return the first element of the database, ignoring the $record parameter.

Example:

$room = app(RoomPantry::class)->get(7);

Above code return the Room with the id 1.
