Probably most parts in the worker thread concerning hard links are broken

Problem

The following is done while OFFLINE:
let A, B be file names not present on remote

create A -> schedule(CREATE, A)
write A -> schedule(PUSH, A)
link B to A -> schedule(LINK, B, A)
unlink A -> schedule(UNLINK, A); delete(CREATE|PUSH, A)

When going ONLINE, perform(LINK, B, A) fails, B won't be present on remote, leading to a conflict.

Desired behaviour :

create B on remote with the content that was written to A.

Fix:

when A is unlinked, schedule CREATE and PUSH for B

Otherwise it could happen that you'll get a very high load. E.g. load average: 15661,99, 8376,82, 3390,71
