Running MSSQL server on Apple Silicon via Rosetta

You can use the mcr.microsoft.com/mssql/server:2019-latest image on Apple Silicon if you tell Docker to use Rosetta to run the containers:

The only change needed for the docker-compose.yml is to add the platform: linux/amd64 property to the cosc304-sqlserver service.

As far as I've been using it I haven't noticed any issues with the performance, and I find the setup easier as the Azure image doesn't contain the expected /opt/mssql-tools directory
