I often use uni to find a character, and sometimes find myself wanting to look at a block of characters to find the one I'm looking for.

Among the features I can imagine is the ability to list scripts and blocks, and to dump entire blocks or script, or search in a specific subset of characters.

I'd love for uni to become my one-stop-shop for Unicode characters!

The return value of require 'unicore/Name.pl' has changed from lines of tab-separated codepoint/name pairs to paragraphs of newline-separated pairs:

prints nothing

uni "$(awk 'BEGIN { ORS = ""; print RS }')"

prints scads of irrelevant characters

raku -e "qx[awk 'BEGIN { ORS = \"\"; print RS }'].uninames>>.print"

prints <control-000A>
