There is a dry-run mode now, but the output not not easy to understand.

When using the dryRun mode, the logs should provide output that make it clear if the result result is not.

The clearest thing would probably to be express for each volume which snapshots would be kept, ideally labeling each "kept" snapshot as to whether it is fulling the "days", "weeks", "months" or "years" criteria.

As with dry runs, logging for "live" runs should also be clear about what was deleted and why.

Initial tests triggered "RequestLimitExceeded".

The scope of this issue is to look into slowing down our queries to avoid this.

We could also look into retrying when we trigger this issue, but that remedy will be considered a separate scope.
