add roles to distinguish between admins and users(patients/doctors)
Limit CRUD to associated records
Allow doctors to associate themselves
Limit CUD for ailments and specialties to admins

Move address related fields in user model/table into their own model/table

Don't allow either patients or doctors to double book time. Also, restrict appointment times to business hours.

Validate that doctor and patient are correctly matched in appointments model

Change link name in nav bar to specialties
Also add ailments to specialty views (including forms).

Prevent unqualified specialties from being entered into the database

Add link or button on appointment show allowing either doctor or patient to destroy an appointment
