Add ability to get all componentes on an Entity about ash

I would favour not returning the internal components Dictionary since this exposes the entity for modification without going through the add and remove methods, which would break functionality.

So a getComponents method should return a new Dictionary or Array containing the components. Do you need the type of the components as well as the values or will an Array of all the components suffice?

Array would suffice really I am just looking for a way to iterate through
all components on an entity
