You are using the KOMA-Script internal macro \KOMA@ifkey. This macro is reserved to define options of KOMA-Script classes and packages. Please do not use it for third-party packages! If you want to define options for your own packages, you can use the interface of scrbase. But please do not use scrkbase. Note also, that I'll change the functionality and syntax of macros of scrkbase without searching for potential issues in third-party packages, that use these macros despite it is documented to be KOMA-Script internal. For example, currently I'm changing \KOMA@ifkey.

Your package uses several KOMA-Script commands like \ifkomavarempty, that are declared as deprecated since KOMA-Script v3.28 and that will be removed in future (at latest from KOMA-Script 4). You already should get package warnings because of using the deprecated commands.
