I'm a Postdoctoral Researcher and Data Engineer at Queen Mary University of London. My background is in data visualisation and I'm interested in making visualisations more useful throughout complete data analysis workflows and not only for communication. I work with Python, R or Javascript depending on what project I'm working on and which language makes it easier to collaborate with other people. I created the following packages:

visxhclust's Issues

Add support for semicolon as separator

The current assumption is that every CSV file uses comma as separator, which will not be the case if the CSV was exported from Excel from various countries.

Release visxhclust 1.0.1

First release:

• usethis::use_cran_comments()
• Update (aspirational) install instructions in README
• Proofread Title: and Description:
• Check that all exported functions have @return and @examples
• Check that Authors@R: includes a copyright holder (role 'cph')
• Check licensing of included files

Replace clusterCrit methods

clusterCrit is going to be archived from CRAN so it should be replaced. It's probably easier to manually implement some of the metrics or use a simpler package.

Allow using PCs for clustering

As the tool already includes PCA for exploration, there is no reason why a set of PCs cannot be used for clustering
