Usage

From cli

multimarkdown [-bfscarm] [--help] [--version] [--random] [--unique] [--nosmart]
              [--nolabels] [--notransclude] [--opml] [--itmz] [-t FORMAT]
              [-o FILE] [-l LANG] [-e KEY] [<FILE>]...
