Seems to require ssh keys for my account, which is not the intention.

This makes the script easier to maintain and improve. Goals:

• cross-platform (so it has to be Python 2 / 3 capable)
• as full featured as before
• easier to read / change
• more comments / documentation
• add some minimal testing

The Raspberry Pi's don't need all of those fancy vim plugins. The plugins should be moved into machine / platform specific files so that we only necessary plugins are installed universally.

I'm so tired of the Vim must be compiled with +Python support!

I need to manually configure gitconfig on every machine I use. Check out Homebrew and their caveats for formulas.
