Idea Index specs failing

Specs for idea pages need to be rewritten because of changes in default display behavior on the index action of the ideas controller.

Pagination div not aligned with sort filters on idea index action

Pagination div displays below sort filters and not inline, creating empty space.

Idea verification broken on production site

Submitting an idea creates the idea and sends the email with a link to edit it so the user can verify that the title and description are correct. However, the link in the email redirects to the root_url and NOT the verification_idea/edit path. Current work around is manually changing the verification column in the database for each new idea.

Idea numbering resets on subsequent pages

Individual idea view uses html 'ol' tag for styling, causing will_paginate to display incorrect numbering.

Broken Google Analytics

Google Analytics website reporting that the site hasn't been connected yet. In addition, turbolinks is causing extra google analytics scripts to be added to the head after visiting different pages on the site.
