Removed commented code lines 49, 54.

Hello,
I have added your opkg feed
src/gz rfrankla_luci https://github.com/rfrankla/luci-app-chrony/raw/master
to my device's opkg/customfeeds.conf.

However when I run opkg update I get this error:

root@eddie:~# opkg update

Remove wrong Signature file.

And the package luci-app-chrony is not available for installation.

Can you please advise how to fix this?

After check true to update files from other packages, this was the error...

In the setup page, when the Save & Apply button is pressed, this triggers a 'reload' of the chronyd init script. But, chronyd does not detect the reload, only a 'restart' completely stops and restarts chronyd to cause the new config to be used.
The solution is to override the function reload_service() so it calls 'restart'.
This needs to be added to the post install script.
