Steps to reproduce:

1. Check that containers are running
2. Check the response of the sample get
   curl "http://192.168.99.100:8080/parse-frames?t=The+moon+is+made+of+cheese."
3. Send a not well formed sentence (I've python client to send the requests, never tried through get, though I believe the result wold be the same)
   e.g. (no debugging symbols found)...(no debugging symbols found)...(no debugging symbols found)...
4. Execute step 2 again. Response now will be: []
5. After that, any request will get [] as a response.

Arguably this might not be a bug since the sentence is not well formed, though I think you might wanna now that this scenario may occur. Notice that I once broke the http://demo.ark.cs.cmu.edu/parse/ with a strange sentence as well so the problem might not even be on the container.
If this scenario happens, I can restart both containers semafor-api and semafor-frameparser and then, things get back to normal.
