Radiomics_Classification_Brain_Tumors

This is basic notebook to extract radiomics features from BRATS18 dataset for classification please download brats2018 dataset and save in local drive.

Run notebook and save the features in pickle or direclty used theses features for classification

Install pyradiomics using pip install pyradiomics

pip install pyradiomics, see the link below for further detail https://github.com/Radiomics/pyradiomics

Also install scikit-learn for classification algorithms
