Add ability to save tracking data across sessions

As somebody who frequently crashes, having to get out of bed and recalibrate over and over is a huge pain in the butt, would love if it was saved for me

Add option for per-avatar tracking data

This mod works great when switching between multiple versions of the same avatar but in most other scenarios it isn't any help because the hips end up facing the wrong direction or some other issue like that

VRC Update

VRC updated, this is now "VRCTrackingSteam.Method_Public_Virtual_Boolean_String_3"

Calibration caching doesn't work.

Issue: The caching or application of a cached calibration doesn't work.
Tests: When using a new Transform object instead of the cached one, it definitely gives you a broken calibration. When using the cached calibration it doesn't seem to change at all.

VRC Update

Updated again, thankfully only this variable changed, it is back to 'VRCTrackingSteam.Method_Public_Virtual_Boolean_String_0'
