Replays are private by default but that isn't as useful for OSS project that want to collaborate with people outside their team who wouldn't have access to the replays by default.

Adding a public option to the action would allow users to opt-in to making CI tests public

The text in the comment says we've uploaded replays of 6 failed tests, but only one actually fails. We are also uploading the passes which is why there are 6. Not sure if we can clarify in the comment how many actually failed, otherwise we may just want to say we uploaded n replays.

We can do better than this :)

Noting that the displayed title is generated in the action from the status and the test title. The "[FAILED]" is handy for displaying in replay but is redundant when rendered under a "Failed Tests" header.
