I think this is a typo, but i can't find it.TicketMenuFlexibleModule.pm is in TicketMenuFlexibleModule.pm

Hi, i tried to add new permissions to otrs, but ofcz if you change the xml it overwrites the otrs defaults. Since my knowlage is limited maby this is something easy to add :)

Then some directory's are missing:
Message: FlexibleTicketModule-4.0.1: No such file: /usr/share/otrs/Custom/Kernel/Modules/AgentFlexibleTicketDialog.pm!
etc etc. Could they createded manually?

and maby by default they do not have the correct permissions? or atleaast /custom doesnt have them?
