Increase spacing around header image.
Give another 10-20 pixels of space above the header, and 10-20 below it. maybe more. Just some breathing room.

Footer is below the fold.
The created by stuff at the bottom is below the fold. Would prefer not to have to scroll to it, and have it stuck to the bottom of the browser. Lets make that typeface helvetica and have it all be the same size value, as well as have it all on 1 line. I think i'd rather it say "Made by Alex & James"
iFrames not centered
The two YouTube iFrames do not center on the page.
Videos load weirdly
The videos are positioned correctly only after the YouTube API is loaded. So when the user first loads the site, they appear at a diagonal from each other for a moment before moving.
