A filtered view of all the models of the given type.

This is necessary so any NeuroResolve functions can have the necessary dependencies for execution.

NeuroResolve.fetchAll( 'tasks' ).inject( 'Models' )

Provide a search, optionally ran, and optionally paged.

Returns a Factory function which calls $refresh() on the database of the models with the given name.

Add NeuroSelect which has the following methods

• $select( [models] )
• $selection( [out] )
• $reset( models )

Add selectable( [models] ) to NeuroModelCollection

This will allow the user to supply a selectable list of items, and when desired $selection() can be called to return a collection of all selected items.

• Search.$promise()
• Transaction.promise() (covers Model.$save & Model.$remove)
• Model.$promise() (listens for finished-operations event)
• Database.promise() (listens for finished-operations event)
