Would like to know sources for resources (how to get either as passive gain from having something or incidental gain from doing something) and sources of resource max.

(Good luck on this btw. Need to track homes, furniture, tasks/actions, classes(which you have), enchantments, spells, and I think some dungeons and locales.)

One thing I think would be highly useful would be to be able to look up a Skill and see all the ways to increase its max. I think that information is mostly out there, but it's not indexed in a way that puts it in one place.

One other tweak that would be helpful: When listing "Unlocks" for a skill, annotate the name of each unlocked item with the required level of the skill.
