remove compaction

compaction is suboptimal. we should remove it asap from cowdb.

Deletes not working

Ok, after testing this, I found that deletes doesn't reliable works.

Means, I need to delete the same items between 1 and more than 10 times, till it works from the same process in sequential and with 5 seconds intervals.

transaction with multiple copies of key

Adding two writes in a transaction with the same key, produces two kv pairs with the same key.

cowdb:transact(P,[{add,a,2},{add,a,3}]).
cowdb:fold(P, fun(Got, Acc) -> {ok, [Got | Acc]} end, []).
{ok,[{a,3},{a,2}]}

A bit odd for a kv store. Is this is working as intended?

how to remove erlang:now() calls?

There are a number of now() calls, do you want a PR simply to replace them, or with a conditional compilation flag to maintain backwards compatibility?
