Recipes from this DB still show as unknown after being learned.

Learning some custom twow recipes does not remove it from the list of unknown recipes.
I've only seen this happen for recipes added in the 1.17 patch.
For example, I learned Enchant Boots - Greater Spirit but it still shows in the missing trade skill list:

Though some 1.17 recipes seem to work fine, like Flarecore Boots.
