This script does partition balancing taking into account disk utilization.

databalancer --brokers <seed brokers>

or

go run admin.go databalancer.go --brokers <seed brokers>

NOTE: Disable automatic rebalancing if you plan to use this script.

When new node is added to cluster its not picked by script

Version & Environment
Redpanda version: 21.11.12

What went wrong?
When a new broker is added, it's not considered in the list of nodes to balance the data.

What should have happened instead?
The new broker should be considered for partition movement.

How to reproduce the issue?
Add a new node to the cluster and you will see in the logs, that the new broker is not considered for balancing.

Workaround
Create a new topic.
