redhunt-os's Issues

Download psexec tools

Thank you very much for your project.

When I downloaded psexec tools in caldera, I encountered various problems:

  1. the permissions are not right, 2. no response after downloading.

Can you tell me what I should do?

unable to start Caldera

Hi,
Using Beta v1, I get an error when starting Caldera : pymongo.errors.ServerSelectionTimeoutError: No replica set members available for replica set name "caldera"

out of disk space?

Import the VM and do updates and it is out of disk space......disappointing.

upgrade error

just downloaded the VM and performed the upgrade command. And this is the error message:

Is there any resolution for this error?

Thanks a lot.

I want to know the root password.
because I want to edit the .conf file but I do not have permission.

Configuring Caldera

Hi Team

I hoping you can provide some advice on the best way to complete the configuration of Caldera. I am looking to install the agent on a Windows host but cannot find the required conf.yml needed for the win host.

Upgrade Caldera

Thank you for creating this VM!
Unfortunately, the version of several of the tools installed in RedHuntOS v2 are very outdated (including Caldera). A humble suggestion is to use some of these tools in Docker containers. Installing docker and then using Caldera in a container as demonstrated below:

docker run -p 7010:7010 -p 7011:7011 -p 7012:7012 -p 8888:8888 caldera:server

very slow

sorry to say .....it is a good one but seems to be very slow .. I have to wait for 20 mins to log in
