More generic Filter API
Currently, we allow one-to-one injection mapping, from FilterInput to FilterOutput. It already works for Simple Encryption modules and simple obfs modules.
We should further support many-to-one, one-to-many many-to-many mapping from FilterInput to Output, to support more complicated module, like KCP.
Make AES more generic, supports more encryption algorithm
at least allow user to select between aes 128/192/256. allow user to select between cbc/ebc/ctr/gcm
Implement module QUIC obfs
