As stated on the title, this happens when any world is opened with the 1.7.1 version of the mod, using the recommended forge version for 1.10.2

Game crashes with following crash log:

DualHotbar: dualhotbar-1.1x-1.7.1.jar

I'm testing in 1.12.2, when having multiple hotbar lines and using Ctrl+Scroll, the items in the rows are animated in the wrong direction, but the lines go in the good direction.

I believe I have found a bug with DualHotbar.
DualHotbar Version: 1.6
Forge: 1208
Description: When middle clicking in creative on a block that goes into one of the dualhotbar slots when placed will vanish (I believe a sync issue).

Hope this helps.

While dual hotbar correctly offsets the chat window visually. It does not offset the mouse over hotspots for things like links and achievements.

replicate:
1.post a link in chat. or earn an achievement.
2. move mouse to the area under the link/achievement to activatable area.

I found an issue where picking a block will cause a crash. It says shutting down internal server, but it never goes back to the home screen, it just sits there until I kill the game. I just middle click on a block and it happens.
